Kosmo Machine, Inc. is a full service machine shop located in the Mid Atlantic region of the east coast. Our shop sits just north of the Richmond, VA (Virginia) area. We specialize in CNC milling and turning, and EDM machining (including wire and sinker), as well as quality assurance featuring CMM inspection, including full scanning ability. Our EDM abilities include small-hole EDMing, and a multitude of complex shapes and designs on both our Wire and Sinker EDM Machines.  We are also able to do curved hole machining in our EDM Department.  Our milling capabilities include 3 axis, 4 axis, & 5 axis work. We are also able to do prototype work using our scanning CMM and our 3D solids modeling design department. Our production department functions with ease by using the Vantage production software.  With a quality system based on the ISO 9001:2000 standard, you can rest assured that your order will be handled with the utmost care and professionalism from the time that it is placed to the time that the finished parts arrive at your door.
